Ice breaker

Hello Hello!

I am Marius, one of the lucky wedding participants this last weekend, and thinking that Pedro and Eugenia are recovering, writing e-mails, sending envelopes, maybe packing for the honey moon, I decided I should write a little post.

First of all, I want to thank the groom and bride for a beautiful time spent in Bucharest during the days before the wedding and of course the day after, I would like to congratulate them again, and also, I would like to tell the ones who weren’t here that they missed a great event, in honour of two great persons.

I had fun, and I can name a few of the people there who had also lots of fun and a great time. This being said, I’m waiting for the gallery to be populated with lots and lots of beautiful pictures of the two & guests, and I don’t hope, I know they will have an incredible honeymoon, and we love you guys.

In the same time there is this excellent feeling that I have :-) I am feeling very relaxed, here at Eugenia’s house, thinking about tomorrow, when we’re going to meet soo many people that we care about and that we haven’t seen in a very long time! I am sure it’s going to be great and I just can’t wait for it :-D I’m sorry but I cannot say too many things now … I am just smiling :-D

Feelings…

Dear friends,

Now, before the big event with less then 3 weeks all kind of feelings come to my heart and mind. Some of you may call it fear, or love, or happiness, or emotion, or in another way.
I would say it is a mix of all of them and, definitely I can’t wait to feel them in that special day all together.
I remember I was nervous in the day we said YES and I know the emotions will be stronger in the day we will say YES in front of the God and from that moment I will know that HE will be the ONE for the rest of my life.
So, with these feelings in my mind and heart, I will wait for these days to pass.

His wife :-)

Country life…

Published by pedro 5 August 2007 - 23:36 in blog

This week-end we were traveling about 65 km away from Bucharest to one of Eugenia’s aunts (she has quite a lot of relatives :-D ). We reached this place pretty fast and I was very soon feeling so relaxed and relieved that I couldn’t believe it. This is probably because we were away from the heat and crowds from the city (especially in Bucharest), the small village was very peaceful and her aunt is amazing :-) I just want to describe her a bit as she is very funny and also a great person. Imagine her as a quite small country-side lady, with a gray curly hair and very fast in everything that she does. Yeah she speaks extremely fast (like people from the southern part of the country, Oltenia) she moves very fast around the house in the yard and the best thing is when the tells stories or memories of different situations she’ s been through :-D

Ahh I felt so good there and I was sleeping until 11:30, while in Bucharest at 8:30 our  “nice” neighbor from above starts throwing things on the floor, makes a lot of noise and it’s impossible to sleep anymore… That’s the life when you’re living in a block of flats in Bucharest :-(
