Dear friends,
We are enjoying our holidays in Spain and Portugal. We’ve been in Barcelona, Jerez de la Frontera and Madrid. Now we’re in Portugal enjoying the country life in the small village of Povoa, at about 150 km away from Lisbon.
Internet access is not the strongest point of this village, therefore we’ll write about our adventures after our returning, in about 2 weeks

While browsing through very old posts, I just realized that there are exactly 3 years since we visited together the beautiful city of Barcelona for the first time. Actually we’ve been here 2 years ago as well, thanks to the trip that we won from MaiMultVerde (thanks again! ).
The city hasn’t changed a lot, maybe some more bricks at Sagrada Familia and some interesting buildings near the port.
Strangely enough, Christofor is showing the same direction as he did 3 years ago
This time we rented an apartment close to Placa Reial in order to be closer to the city center. And we’re actually too close as the area is quite noisy at night having two pubs at the ground floor. The small streets and the tall buildings create a strange echo effect that places you almost inside the pub.
As for our holiday – it’s been quite ok so far, Nadia left the flue at home and she’s much happier now, starting to grab more and more things (including mom’s hair) and making happy sounds after she wakes up. She’s even starting to explain us different stuff and the mimics help her a lot

Saturday, September 4th 2010 we will start ZA journey of 2010
Together with Nadia on wrap, Pedro full of luggage and all three Dragomirestii we will fly to Spain. And later to Portugal.
This will be a big challenge for us, taking into consideration that Nadia is only 4 months old. But we are confident that everything will be just great and she will enjoy this trip as much as we will do.
This 3 weeks holiday started from the wedding of Irene and Borja. We just could not miss this special event. We are also happy that we will meet there many BESTies with their kids It will be a splendid wedding and we will enjoy every moment of it.
But before El Puerto de Santa Maria we will meet again with Barcelona and Madrid. There are 2 and 3 years since we haven’t been to Spain, so can’t wait to get there. For sure, we will not miss Sagrada Familia Cathedral, Gaudi’s Park, Montjuïc, Picasso Museum or the beautiful beach of Sitges.
After Barcelona we will continue our journey in Madrid where we will eat again and again hamon and that magic prawn soup:) We will visit for sure Museo del Prado, Atocha railway station, Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor or Plaza del Sol.
We will continue with Jerez de la Frontera and El Puerto de Santa Maria where will be ZA wedding
Next stop it will be Lisbon and its beautiful surroundings and maybe Porto.
We will stay in Nazareth and for sure we will visit Fatima and Leira region with its magic caves.
